FINANCING TERMS:
We offer a variety of financing options to accommodate almost any buyer:

0% interest financing for 1 year with 25% down. Monthly or quarterly payments.
2 year financing - 8% interest, quarterly payments, 25% down.
3 year financing - 9% interest, monthly payments, 25% down.
4 year financing - 10% interest, monthly payments, 25% down.

We do charge a $50 late fee for purchases that are financed. Registration is transferred upon FULL payment. Crias born during financing term are registered to Tierra Bonita Alpacas until the dam is paid in full, and costs associated with registration of the cria will be invoiced.

All purchases come with a complimentary 90 days of free board - enough time to secure transport. Additional board is available at $3 per day.

BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
We offer boarding services on a limited basis. Board @ $3 per day includes all basic everyday care (feed, water, shelter and worming medications). Depending on the temperament of the alpaca, nail trims done on the farm are billed at $10 and those requiring veterinary services are billed at $20. Emergency veterinary services are invoiced at cost, plus transport and/or time involved.

Any alpaca that is boarded will be subject to routine fecal examinations, which are invoiced at cost. We work hard to keep the environment clean and parasite-free. Alpacas that are found with parasites are quarantined during treatment. No extra charge for quarantine or worming treatments.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
All of our animals are sold with reproductive guarantees, unless otherwise stated. Also all of our females will carry not only a live birth guarantee, but a LIVE FEMALE CRIA GUARANTEE as well! That means we will offer a FREE breed-back to any Tierra Bonita Alpacas herdsire until you obtain a female.

We understand what after sale support means to the future of your business. We take pride in our customer satisfaction guarantee...in that we are there for our customers when they need us and will do everything in our power to be certain our clients are happy. We offer complete lifetime comprehensive support to our clients both before and after any sale.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Financed purchases cannot be taken off the premises until 50% of the purchase price is paid.

We will consider all trades based on their own merits, and what we need in our breeding program at the time.
